A low-carb casserole with flavors of a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 3 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 tsp of garlic
- 1 tsp of salt
- Sprinkle of Italian seasoning
- Large package of Beef slices; cut into strip
- 3 small cans of sliced mushrooms
- 1 package of provolone cheese slices
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Heat large skillet.
- Melt coconut oil in skillet.
- Add onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and beef to skillet.
- Continue to saute until onions are translucent.
- Transfer everything into a 9x13 pan.
- Top with sliced provolone cheese.
- Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes to melt cheese.
