Bible Trivia Question:

A. 6
B. 8
C. 10
D. 12

In The News:
  • Scientists say seeing pictures on a menu of appealing but unhealthy foods, like a hot fudge sundae, is likely to arouse diners. They say the sight of the tasty looking desert affects people’s emotions and can leave them with impaired decision making skills.
  • Next time someone calls you bird-brained, take it as a compliment. Research shows that birds can remember not only where they left an object, but when it was left. Birds have a memory function that works along the same lines as humans remembering where they left the car keys. Birds use their memory to hide food and dig it back up before it rots.
  • Ever wanted to get a text from the President? The Federal Emergency Management Agency plans to test a system allowing the president to send a message directly to cellphones of U.S. residents. FEMA will conduct the first nationwide test of Presidential Alerts on Thursday  beginning at 2:18 PM ET, followed by an EAS portion coming at 2:20 PM ET.
  • Restaurants are getting dinged by the convenience of Netflix, the advent of pre-made meals, the spread of online grocery delivery. Eighty-two percent of American meals are prepared at home — more than were cooked 10 years ago.
