- World Party Day on April 3rd encourages a coordinated effort of joyful human celebration around the globe. In our modern world, parties can also be virtual. We don’t always have to gather in the same location to celebrate a specific event or day. Technology brings us together through video and the internet allowing us to connect long-distance and celebrate all our favorite ways.

- "Our friend Michelle Tellone from our sister station The Wind will be leading us in our Prayer for our Medical Heroes from 8-8:30. We'll let her have the next half hour to encourage us all in prayer, and I'll rejoin you after 8:30"

- Walking curbs cravings. Walking for 15 minutes may help overweight people at least temporarily reduce cravings for high-calorie, sugary snacks. The German study (Ruhr University Bochum) said exercise may provide some cognitive stimulation that interferes with thoughts about the craved food.

MONEY doesn't seem to make the WORLD GO ROUND anymore.

And WE now have TIME, finally, to STOP and SMELL the ROSES, LISTEN to the birds chirping...

And lastly, WE have become closer to THE Most HIGH & more evidently praising HIM everyday of our LIVES.

- Health care workers go to NY. As the coronavirus outbreak continues to worsen in New York, putting an increased strain on hospitals, thousands of health care workers have stepped up to help. During his daily press briefing on Thursday, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said that 21,000 out-of-state health care workers would be coming to the aid of the state, which leads the country in coronavirus cases.

- On this day in 1882: Outlaw Jesse James was killed by Robert Ford for a $5,000 reward.

- Every April 3rd National Chocolate Mousse Day recognizes the decadent dessert that gained popularity in France in the 1800s. Mousse is prepared by beating eggs or cream or both to a frothy, airy consistency and then folding the ingredients together to create a light, creamy delight.

- Patriots Team Plane to China. New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft sent the team plane to China to pick up much-needed personal protective equipment (PPE) for doctors and nurses in Massachusetts, the home of his NFL team. The plane landed Thursday afternoon carrying a reported 1.2 million N95 masks.

- Mom sells her son's car. A mother in Australia was upset when her teenage son was pulled over for drunk driving. But instead of taking his keys or grounding him, she put an ad online the next day and sold the car.

- Being yourself at work. Honesty is often said to be the best policy in social situations but being yourself at work is not a good idea for your career. While revealing your true character to a partner or friends is likely to make you happier, experts claim doing so at the office is not a recipe for promotion. A researcher in London (University of Greenwich) said those who opened up to their partners tended to have greater well-being and were more satisfied with life. But the same benefits were not seen from being authentic at work.
