In The News:

If you want to know exactly where the pouches will be sold near you, sign up for updates on Jif's website.

- Lighter and stealing Gasoline. A tip for would-be gasoline thieves. When stealing gas in the dark, don’t use a lighter to see how you’re doing. Police in Germany say that’s what a man did when he was siphoning gas from a dump truck at a business. The man was transferring the fuel from the truck to a gas can when he used a lighter to see how full the container had become. That sparked a fire that caused minor burns to his face and hands. The fire spread to a nearby forklift, which was destroyed.
- Sled Dog Race Champion. An award-winning sled dog racer arrived home Tuesday with 24 dogs in a historic plane after being stranded in Alaska. Thomas Waerner of Norway won the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race March 18. After that, travel restrictions to curb the spread of the coronavirus pandemic left him stranded in Alaska. And he would not leave before he had a solution for his dogs… Word that a local airline in Alaska had been attempting to sell a DC-6 aircraft to The Museum of Aviation History in Sola, Norway, sparked an idea. Waerner happened to know the plane’s owner and with help from his main sled dog race sponsor was able to hitch a ride Tuesday, along with 16 of his own dogs and eight left behind by one of his competitors.
