  • MEN NEED HUGS AND CUDDLES _ Men need hugs and cuddles. Research discovered that men happily admit they need a big ‘ol hug as life gets hectic. Hugs are the No. 1 mood changer for men and women. Other mood changers include music, fresh air, a cup of coffee or tea, chatting with a friend, and watching a favorite movie.
