- Caught Twittering or on Facebook at work? It’ll make you a better employee, according to an Australian study that showed surfing the Internet for fun during office hours increases productivity. The (University of Melbourne) study showed that people who use the Internet for personal reasons at work are about 9 percent more productive that those who do not. The study’s author said workplace Internet leisure browsing helps to sharpened workers’ concentration by allowing them to zone out for a bit to regain their concentration. He said short and unobtrusive breaks, such as a quick surf of the Internet, enables the mind to rest itself.
- The “blue” in blueberries could reduce the risk of heart disease by 20 percent. Researchers found consuming 7½ ounces of blueberries a day for a month improved blood vessel function and lowered blood pressure in healthy people.
- You’d think it’d be the other way around. A German woman has divorced her husband because she was fed up... with him cleaning all the time. The wife got through 15 years of marriage, putting up with the man’s constant desire for doing household chores, tidying up, and constantly rearranging the furniture. She finally ran out of patience when he knocked down and rebuilt a wall at their home when it got dirty.
- A woman in Abu Dhabi filed for divorce after her husband forgot her dinner. The wife was home alone while her husband was hanging out with some friends. When he got home at 3AM tempers flared and she left — because he forgot to pick up a burger for her. Now she wants a divorce.

If you need to make a pit stop on-the-go, here’s one smart strategy: in a restroom with multiple stalls, try to nab the one closest to the door. The reason? Most people will skip over it to go to the middle stalls, making it the least-used — and, chances are, the cleanest.
