Matt’s story:
I had been saving my gift money from Christmas. In April, after my birthday, I shopped around for a banjo. I’ve been wanting to own and learn to play one for several years. I came across a beautiful banjo and ordered it through a local music store. I was so happy when it came in.

I tried tuning it, and several of the strings broke. Oh boy. So I waited a few months to take it in to be restrung professionally. The other day, I went to pick it up. They strung it and tuned it, and yes... it sounds beautiful.

However, come to find out, I was told that the strings had broken because of how I was tuning it. I was tuning it all wrong.

You see... It's a LEFT handed banjo.
