- According to a study by the American Academy of Pediatrics, children who watch a lot of television, especially at bedtime, are more likely to resist going to bed, have trouble sleeping and usually wake up tired. They had to do a study on this?

- Shopping from bed…. It’s on the rise. Yes, Night time online shopping has increased by nearly a quarter in the past year. Data shows a 23% increase in the amount of money spent between midnight and 6AM in 2018 compared with 2017… Women are particularly in the habit of shopping from under the comfort of their covers, accounting for two-thirds (66%) of night time customer purchases. But men spend slightly more in the night — at $45 compared with $41 for women.

- A study on napping found 1 in 3 adults naps in a typical day. But the study also found that napping is still bashed by society, even though some sleep experts think naps should have the status of exercise. The science geeks say naps make us feel stronger, happier, and able to perform better.

- A man walked into a store in Germany amused shoppers by juggling with lipsticks and other expensive cosmetics from its counters. But during his performance the man would sneak some of the merchandise into his pockets. The juggler had bagged more than $240 in cosmetics in the store when staff realized something was going on and called police.
