- Did you miss it? Internet star April the Giraffe gave birth live for the second time on YouTube Saturday. April went into labor after 11 AM Saturday morning and gave birth shortly before 1 PM at Animal Adventure Park in upstate Harpursville, New York.
- If you have kids you probably know they know more about recycling than you. Kids are taught in school and in children’s programming and videos that recycling is important, so it’s no surprise that 40 percent of parents say they’ve been busted by their kids for not recycling.
- Hitting the snooze button feels good the moment after we do it but apparently it’s bad for our mental health. So, naturally, some people want the snooze button to go away. UK mattress company Eve Sleep has even asked Apple to delete the snooze button from its Clock app in the next iOS update. It claims that having a 9-minute alarm is damaging to our health and undermines the benefits of a great night’s sleep.
