- Six percent of Americans now say they get food delivered to them every day, and more than a third of people are ordering more delivery than they did a year ago.
- SPRING CLEANING IS DYING OUT _ Adults claim they are ‘too busy’ to clean their home. In a survey, a third of adults struggle to find time for the housework… Only half of the adults polled set aside time each week to clean their home, while three in 10 only manage to squeeze in a few chores on the weekends.
- People who aren’t actually carpooling but drive in the carpool lane is a sad fact of life in most cities. A driver apprehended by Oakland, California, officers tried to mask his carpool cheating with two dummies in the back seat. One wore an eye-catching neon-green windbreaker while the other was outfitted in a hoodie.

Bonus News (not mentioned on-air):A man in Spain called police to report that he’d found an explosive device in a stall of a men’s restroom at an office building. The caller described it as a black cylindrical object with duct tape and electrical tape on it. Employees were evacuated. A robot was sent into the bathroom to investigate. The object was eventually rendered safe by breaking it apart and revealing that there were no powders, liquids or gels inside. In fact, it was a toilet paper spindle that had been taped together.
