As the teller was getting the cash for him, he took a look at the loot and decided that it would be too heavy for him to carry. So he asked her if instead she could just transfer the funds into his account — and showed her his bank ID card so she’d be sure and get the account number right. She did. And so did the cops who showed up at the crook’s house shortly after he returned home.
- The Queen became a social media influencer as the 92-year-old Monarch shared her first post on Instagram. Her Majesty (Queen Elizabeth II) posted a message on the popular social media website to celebrate a visit to the Science Museum in London. In fact, has always embraced new technology, and in 2014 sent her first tweet during a visit to the Science Museum. Bonus News (not mentioned on-air):Peeing in swimming pools may be hazardous to your health. That’s the message from scientists who have found that compounds in urine mix with chlorine to form chemicals that have been linked to respiratory effects in swimmers. The scientists (from China Agricultural University and Purdue University) say if swimmers avoided urinating in pools, then water and air quality would likely improve.
