- Walmart is replacing its signature blue vests with a more modern steel grey version. This is the first time Walmart has redesigned employee uniforms since 2014.

- This week (June 6) marks the 35th anniversary of the debut of Tetris. Created by Russian computer engineers, the game was later packaged with every Nintendo Game Boy, and has sold more than 170 million copies. Only Minecraft, by some counts, has sold more.

- According to research, girls outperform boys at school because they are nicer. Researchers identified a clear link between their “agreeableness” in class and higher test scores. At all ages, girls achieve better results than boys, and the gender gap widens as children grow up.

- A police department in Louisiana is reminding people that it’s there to serve and protect — not handle customer service complaints about Taco Bell. The Slidell Police Department posted on Facebook that someone called to complain that a local Taco Bell had run out of “both hard and soft taco shells.” The department says while it was a “travesty,” it can’t do anything about it.
