- Seven in ten adults believe their spouse has ‘selective hearing’ — and men are worse than women. Selective hearing is when you ask your partner to do something and they conveniently don’t hear what you said. During the course of a typical week, men “won’t hear” what their partner is saying on seven occasions. In comparison, women will opt not to listen six times a week… However the survey found that about 25 percent of those who say their partner has selective hearing “know with certainty” their other half sometime struggles to hear.

- A group of Florida nurses are using their stitching skills in a whole new way to help the homeless. The sleeping bags are made of sterile wrap used to protect surgical instruments at Tampa General Hospital. The wraps are tossed, so the nurses decided to stitch them together. They conserve heat and they’re waterproof.

- A man in India is suing the makers of a body wash for men after he failed to land a single girlfriend during seven years of using their products.

- Police in Romania arrested a blind man who stole a car and then smashed it into a tree and knocked himself out. The blind man said he did it to prove to his friend that he could do anything.
